- Situation Philip and the team had been been brainstorming some ways to collaborate for some time. After monitoring developments he suggested "let's do the app."
- Task The group got together internally to talk about the demand. We agreed to send Philip a clickable prototype before moving further after reaching an agreement and beginning a plan. After Philip reviewed the prototype, which he appreciated, we talked about the project's additional specifications and defined its scope. The task at hand was quite clear: we required an iOS application that could communicate with his Shopify product catalog and facilitate transactions.
- Action Together with our developers, we came up with a strategy for making the UI screens, setting up the login server, and connecting to Shopify. Next, we came up with the sprints that would allow us to complete each task.
- Result We reached a couple of our milestones but are making final preparations for launching in beta this fall.
